Captain Mark Davidson of Fairfax County (VA) Fire Rescue
is a thirty-six year public servant with over eight years in the Marine Corps and twenty-eight in fire and rescue. He served as a volunteer in North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Maryland and is a twenty-six year veteran of Fairfax Co. Fire & Rescue Department, where he is a captain.
Battalion Chief Brian Bastinelli of Harrisburg (PA) Bureau of Fire
has served for over 32 years in both volunteer and career emergency service agencies. He has been a career firefighter for 25 years with the Harrisburg, PA, Bureau of Fire, where he spent 16 years as a firefighter before being promoted to lieutenant and captain. In 2019, he was promoted to battalion chief and proudly serves the members of the D Battalion.
Break Out Sessions Speaker:
William T. Eliason, Chief of Police, Riverside Township (NJ)
has served 25 plus years in law enforcement holding several supervisory and leadership positions with a diverse education in various topics. He also is a veteran of the US Navy where he served as a submariner where he received various ribbons and awards for his service.
Speakers will share their experiences and expertise in a dynamic, thought provoking seminar where attendees will be engaged and provided with great information that can be taken back to your organization
